Sweaty feet is one of the common problems that people encountered especially men. The average person sweats up to 1/4 cup a day in their shoe. Feet that sweat affect the social life of an individual. There are several reasons why people experience this problem of foot odour due to sweat on the feet. Sweat on the feet can cause genetic predisposition, hyperactive thyroid gland, leukemia, heart attack, stress, and menopause. This condition can be placed under control with some home remedies that are often very effective.

Some of the home remedies to treat sweaty feet are as follows:

Maintain Feet Hygiene.

When your feet sweats, bacteria will develop and it produces a disgusting smell. You can prevent this if maintain a healthy regime, for example washing your feet 2-3 times a day to minimize the sweat. When you are washing your feet, use medicated soap which is very effective. Ensure that you wipe your feet dry as the areas between the toes may get fungal infection. Do not over wash your feet because over washing will lose some natural oils and your feet will become dry and it will cause cracked at the bottom of your feet or heels. Foot Fungus – How to Remove Toe Nail Fungus

Although generally not facing health matters, your kids feet are exposed in certain dangers, some of which make kids flip flops a real necessity, especially during the hot months of summer -and not only. Toenail fungus is mainly common to older people, but kids might also face such a problem because of several reasons. The main symptoms of toenail fungus include swelling, yellowing, thickening or crumbling of the nail, streaks or spots down the side of the nail, and in some cases complete loss of the nail. During Autumn people all over the world (at least all over the northern hemisphere) take their tight fitting closed shoes or sportswear out of the cabinets. Humid areas, as public gyms, showers or swimming pools are ideal environments for toenail infections. Tight-fitting closed sport or other shoes, that prevent the feet from drying off can help the fungi evolve and spread from one toe to another.
